One Day ServSafe® Food Manager Training & Exam

$145 cost includes; E-study guide, 6 hours training and 2 hours to take exam

One day ServSafe® class is for best for recertification and highly trained students that do not require 16 hour classroom training.

Two day ServSafe® class is for best for individuals that have never taken the training, new to food service or require 16 hour classroom training.

  • Lunch from 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
  • Instruction day two from 8:30 AM - appx 11 AM
  • No official lunch break is taken on second day.

$99 cost includes; E-study guide, 2 hour review of key concepts and 2 hours to take exam

Accelerated ServSafe® exam session is only available to students that have a valid certification and classroom training is not required by local jurisdiction.

$45 for Alcohol Exam Proctoring (student provides code)
$75 for ServSafe® Manager Exam Access code and Proctoring

Take on-line training and we can proctor the exam. Check with your local regulations to confirm on-line training is permitted. No training materials are provided.

Private ServSafe® Training

Private on-site ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Training Sessions

Private ServSafe® Training Fee Schedule for 1 day training, add additional $400 training fee for 2 day training.

Group Rates

We offer group rates for registering 5 or more students at same time to our open enrollment ServSafe® classes. Students can be registered for different dates.

One day training - $125 per student for 5 or more students.
Two day training - $175 per student for 5 or more students.
Payment arrangements must be made in advance and no refunds for no shows.

Computer exams are available at classroom with immediate results and same day printing of certificates. Results and printing for paper exams are available in 7-10 business days.
