Sue Farace, CP-FS has been providing Food Protection Training and Restaurant Consulting Services Since 2009. Our clientele spans from small start-ups to large corporations, and we value each and every one. In addition to our open enrollment classroom training, we offer private on-site food safety manager training along with training for both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff.
